products, post/apply for jobs, or access blogs.
To unlock full benefits, Free Hosts must upgrade to Pro Host membership.
Yes! Pro Hosts have full access to network, search, message, and collaborate with other
professionals inside HostXChange
Yes, but only with a Pro Host membership. Once upgraded, you can upload, price, and sell
digital resources in the Resource Store, keeping 70% of every sale
Yes! Pro Hosts can upload pre-recorded courses, host Zoom classes, and monetize their
knowledge directly through the platform.
Service Providers include:
• Short-term rental cleaners
• Photographers
• Maintenance professionals
• Virtual assistants
• Designers and decorators
• Other short-term rental support services
Note: Even Paid Service Providers cannot directly message or comment on user
profiles. However, they can post and respond to job board listings, and cleaners
specifically can sell digital products and courses.
Create an attractive personal profile showcasing your services, cities you serve, and examples
of past work. Paid providers can also post service ads to the job board and apply for posted
opportunities.
Yes. Your profile can list all the areas you serve, making it easy for hosts in different regions to
find and hire you.
Yes, if you are a Paid Service Provider. Cleaners can upload and sell digital content like
checklists, cleaning schedules, or related courses.
HostXChange connects landlords who are open to short-term rental arrangements with verified
hosts actively looking for properties to lease or manage.
Landlords can create a free profile, list their properties for rent, browse and friend
other users. However, they cannot message directly, nor sell products or courses
No. HostXChange serves as a connection platform. All lease or rental agreements are handled
privately between the landlord and host after initial contact.
Yes. When posting your property, you can clearly state if you are looking for a tenant, co-host,
property manager, or other arrangement.
Currently, landlords can join for free for 3-Days to create a page and post rental listings. Future
premium options for landlords may become available with added features.
Yes. Landlords must select a membership plan to post rental listings. Please see our [Plans and
Pricing] page for details.

No. Membership is exclusive to those involved in short-term rentals. All accounts must be
approved to maintain a safe, trusted community.
We have a 3-Day trial period which is Free for those days available for Hosts, Service
Providers, and Landlords with basic access.
Our Paid memberships unlock premium features like messaging, job posting, course selling,
group participation, and access to exclusive content.
Paid memberships offer:
• Full access to messaging, groups, and forums
• Ability to sell digital products and courses
• Job posting and application privileges
• Visibility boosts for your profile
• Booking calendar integration (depending on plan)
• Access to blogs, insider articles, and exclusive webinars
You receive 70% of the price for every course, guide, or resource you sell. Payouts are issued
monthly to your selected payment method.
Yes! You can manage your plan anytime in your Account Settings. Upgrades are immediate;
downgrades happen after your current cycle ends.
You’ll maintain access until the end of your billing period. Afterward, your account will revert to
a Free Member with limited features, but you can re-upgrade at any time.
